WEEK 1: In this session, our pelvic floor physio walks you through what actually happens to your core and pelvic floor in the postpartum period, how to reconnect with your deep system, and what signs to look for as you return to movement, intimacy, and everyday life. This is the evidence-based, shame-free education we all deserved the first time around.
WEEK 2: Motherhood changes everything. Your identity, your relationships, your mental load, and your sense of self are all new feelings to navigate. This session led by a perinatal psychologist explores the emotional and psychological transitions of early motherhood, offering tools to manage anxiety, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, and the pressure to “get it right.” Expect honest conversation, practical strategies, and the kind of reassurance that feels like a deep exhale.

In this session, you’ll learn simple nutrition principles that matter (and the ones you can let go of), how to build balanced meals without overthinking, and practical strategies for picky eating, snacks, and family-friendly cooking. Think: realistic tips that actually work in a busy home.

WEEK 4: If you’ve been feeling puffy, sluggish, or like your body is holding onto everything (emotionally and physically), this one is for you. Our lymphatic therapist will break down what the lymphatic system actually does, why it can get overwhelmed postpartum, and simple techniques you can use at home to de-bloat, reduce swelling, support healing, and feel lighter in your own skin again.
